The center does not require referrals or create bureaucratic barriers — every defender can receive help quickly and with respect. However, to maintain the equipment, pay for the work of rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, and surgeons, provide prosthetics, and support hundreds of patients each year — constant funding is essential.
