  • 01. Case Manager for Patient Support Job Description:
    The case manager accompanies patients of the rehabilitation center through all stages of their recovery. They coordinate the process from the initial request to the completion of rehabilitation, assist in organizing medical, psychological, and social services, and ensure communication between the patient, their family, and the team of specialists.

    Main responsibilities:
    * receiving and conducting initial consultations with patients;
    * developing individual rehabilitation plans;
    * coordinating the work of doctors, rehabilitation specialists, prosthetists, and psychologists;
    * assisting patients with documentation and participation in support programs;
    * monitoring progress and providing feedback to the team;
    * offering psychological and organizational support to veterans and their families.

    Required skills:
    * strong communication skills, empathy, and organizational ability;
    * knowledge of the basics of the medical and social fields;
    * experience in healthcare, social services, or rehabilitation is an advantage.
  • 02. Physician in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) Job Description:
    The PRM physician is responsible for assessing the condition of patients after amputations and injuries, developing individualized recovery programs, and coordinating the interdisciplinary team. The main goal is to help veterans and patients with disabilities restore functionality, adapt to prosthetics, and improve their quality of life.

    Main responsibilities:
    * conducting medical examinations and assessing functional capacity levels;
    * developing individualized rehabilitation plans;
    * monitoring the effectiveness of physical exercises, prosthetics, and related therapies;
    * collaborating with physical therapists, prosthetists, psychologists, and social workers;
    * maintaining medical documentation and participating in case conferences.

    Required skills and qualifications:
    * higher medical education and specialization in physical and rehabilitation medicine;
    * knowledge of modern rehabilitation and prosthetics methods;
    * experience working with post-amputation patients is an advantage;
    * strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team.
  • 03. Occupational Therapist Job Description:
    The occupational therapist helps patients after amputations and injuries regain the ability to live independently, adapt to daily and professional tasks, and master the use of prosthetics and assistive devices.

    Main responsibilities:
    * assessing patients’ functional abilities;
    * developing individualized adaptation and recovery programs;
    * teaching self-care, prosthetic use, and household device operation;

    * knowledge of modern occupational therapy methods;
    * experience working with veterans and people with disabilities;
    * communication skills, patience, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • 04. Rehabilitation Specialist Job Description:
    The rehabilitation specialist works with patients after amputations, injuries, or surgeries, helping them restore motor functions, learn to use prosthetics, and adapt to everyday life.

    Main responsibilities:
    * conducting individual and group physical rehabilitation sessions;
    * restoring mobility and muscle strength;

  • 05. Prosthetic Technician Job Description:
    The prosthetic technician is responsible for manufacturing, adjusting, and maintaining prosthetic devices for the center’s patients. Their work helps veterans and individuals after amputations receive high-quality, comfortable prosthetics tailored to their individual needs.

    Main responsibilities:
    * manufacturing and individually fitting limb prosthetics;
    * performing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of prosthetic devices;
    * collaborating with PRM doctors, rehabilitation specialists, and patients to achieve optimal results;
    * implementing modern technologies in prosthetics production;
    * maintaining technical documentation.

    Required skills and qualifications:
    * technical education in prosthetics, biomedical engineering, or related fields;
    * knowledge of materials and manufacturing technologies for prosthetics;
    * attention to detail and strong technical literacy;
    * readiness to work directly with patients and as part of a team.
  • 06. Bioengineer Main responsibilities:

    * Development, testing, and calibration of medical and rehabilitation devices (orthoses, prosthetics, rehabilitation equipment).
    * Collaboration with doctors and therapists to adapt devices to patients’ needs.
    * Monitoring and maintenance of rehabilitation equipment.
    * Participation in the implementation of innovative technologies to improve patient rehabilitation.

    Requirements:
    * Education in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
    * Knowledge of medical technologies and prosthetic-orthopedic equipment.
    * Skills in computer modeling and 3D printing (preferred).
    * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with medical staff.
